ABUCKS INC manufactures double nozzle auger type automatic powder filling machine with conveyor. This machine has single conveyor with twin hopper with auger type powder filling system. Double nozzle automatic powder filling machine can be made with mechanical standard type auger filler or can be customized with servo driven auger filling machine with PLC control and HMI display in control panel. Our automatic double nozzle powder filling machine is made with all safety features good quality of electrical and pneumatics spares are fixed with HMI display in control panel. All machine contact parts are food grade stainless steel and nonferrous material. This machine can be fixed optional automatic capping, induction sealing and bottles or jar collecting turn table making complete automatic process controlled by single operator.
