This is a compact electric operated hand held device which can seal induction wads also known as manual induction cap sealer.this machine is suitable for sealing bottles with preloaded wads inside the caps of all types of plastic closures like PP/HDPE/PET etc .this is a very compact and portable machine works on single phase power supply. Manual induction sealing machine requires 1 to 2 seconds to seal the bottle neck with foil or induction wads. Aluminum seals/wads are sealed by heat generated by induction current, this is the economy model with good quality copper induction coil which is long lasting works efficiently and has less power consumption thus saves electric units than conduction foil heat sealing method ,further it offers contact less sealing of plastic caps in which induction wads are preloaded which increases the shelve life of product inside the container.
